About the project
Many homes in University Park, Texas have narrow lots with garages at the rear of the property. This provides a great opportunity to add an outdoor Loggia as well as an office space above the garage.
ARCHITECT'S CORNER
For this new construction, we added a pool and a Cabana attached to the Garage. There is an Office above the Garage and grill area and outdoor fireplace at the Cabana.
