Roy Kindred was a pleasure to work with! Our project included removing a weight bearing wall between the kitchen and living room, and removing stairs that were in that wall. We then had to decide the best place to put new floating stairs, as it’s a modern house, and a pneumatic tube elevator and a new wet bar. Roy’s ideas were winners and his renderings showed us exactly what the results would look like. I wasn’t even nervous during the remodel because I knew what the results would be. Roy Kindred was instrumental in us getting our plans completed. He is a very good listener, professional, detail oriented, reliable, timely and responsive. We stumbled across him after a bad experience with our previous architect. Roy was willing to take us on with partially completed plans. Roy made very practical suggestions as we worked on our house drawings. He is very personable and easy to connect with. He always returned our calls and emails in a timely manner.
